If you’re a member of The Plant Club and are receiving subscription boxes, you might be trying to log into your account to make some updates. If you’re unable to find your account, double check that you’re logging in to your account on https://www.theplantclub.com/customer/login. We recently opened our new Shop, and while this website looks similar, it is hosted through a different platform, and you will not be able to log into your subscription account. You can create an account on the Shop for your Shop purchases, but you will be unable to manage your subscriptions with this account.
