Canceling your subscription will cancel all future renewals, but will NOT refund any payments that have already been processed. 


If you cancel your subscription the day of or after a renewal, the renewal payment will have already processed and a shipment(s) has been created. 


If you have a prepaid multi-month subscription and cancel before all boxes in your term have shipped, those prepaid boxes will still ship as scheduled.


We cannot issue refunds for boxes that have shipped, though we are glad to refund any unshipped boxes. Reach out to us at sales@theplantclub.com and we'll take care of your request.
