We’re excited for your box to arrive and want to make sure it gets to your (or your recipient’s) door safely. Due to increased volume this season, our shipping carriers may experience one or two more transit days than normal. We work hard to package our plants to withstand their journey and are always happy to answer any questions or concerns regarding your package. We recommend keeping a close eye on your tracking number and to reach out to us as soon as possible if you have any questions or concerns.

Tip: If you are unable to find information for your tracking number, copy and paste your number into a web search bar. You can also sign up for status update notifications for each tracking number through your carrier’s website.
