Please take a little extra care when placing your orders this season. Be sure to double check that all required fields are filled out appropriately as some devices may try to auto-fill. The only address we require is your recipient’s.
You will see an option during checkout to choose whether your subscription will auto-renew or expire at the end of your originally purchased term. If this is a gift, you will also see some fields to enter your gift recipient’s name, email, and gift message.
If you choose to enter your gift recipient’s email address, they will receive an email notification containing their gift message and tracking information when their box is marked as shipped. If you prefer to keep your gift a surprise, simply leave the recipient email field blank. Their gift message will also be printed and included inside their first box. All other confirmation emails will be delivered to the account holder’s email address.
If you have any questions regarding the shipping address provided during purchase or the terms of your subscription please refer to your purchase confirmation email and reach out to us as soon as possible. We're happy to make any necessary arrangements to ensure your recipient receives their gift as scheduled.
