If you are anticipating a delivery and it hasn’t shown up as expected, don’t panic! Please let us know immediately by emailing us at sales@theplantclub.com and we will investigate right away. We also recommend checking out your tracking information – your box may be at a local pick up center if our carrier had any trouble delivering. We strive to deliver on time, always, but sometimes things may happen beyond our control and we may have to arrange re-delivery or replacements for you.
