While we try our best to carefully package each plant, we understand things may happen beyond our control during transit and we want you to enjoy a healthy plant. We’re happy to send replacements for plants, within 90 days of their arrival, that don’t bounce back from their travels. Please reach out to us at Sales@ThePlantClub.com with a photo of your plant, and we'll be happy to provide further care advice or send replacement plants whenever necessary.
